Happy Birthday to Ashley (@AshleyDrummonds) who just turned 30. This podcast introduces Ashley into the Dirty Thirty Club by sharing what makes this new decade so amazing. How do we change our outlooks on ourselves as we age? How do we become more confident? And how to become more forward and less of a people pleaser. This weekend is a competition weekend for me and a PR test for Ashley so we share what we did right, wrong and what we expect. What happens when you just know you're not going to hit your A goals? Find out today! For more and to share your thoughts, hit me up at fitwomensweekly.net or Instagram @TrainerKindal |

Today is the perfect mix of everything. We're going to talk about shopping (ugh), life, and being the best woman we can be by learning how to balance being a delicate flower (lol) and a macho woman. Both are needed and both are okay to accept. Additionally, what 3 pieces of fitness equipment do we recommend to create a home gym and going deeper... how we handle anxiety and overcoming exercise addiction. Get more by going to FitWomensWeekly.net and following Kindal @TrainerKindal on IG and @AshleyDrummonds. Let us know what you want to hear more of! |

Ep 130: Former Combat Photographer Stacy Pearsall Transforms Her Life & Body After Post War Injuries & Weight Gain
If you ask Stacy, she'll tell you that I've been a blessing to her. That's not true. The moment I became her trainer, I was the one blessed. So much to learn from this woman and so much inspiration. After several tours through Iraq as a combat photographer, Stacy was forced to leave the military after sustaining severe injuries from a bomb. Her life changed, her lifestyle changed and her mind and body changed. Listen to her story as she explains how the ketone diet has helped her seizures and how finding a womens studio has given her back her "team" and purpose. You guys, if you only listen to one of my podcast, listen to this one. For more from Stacy, follow her @slpearsall on Instagram and for more from me, head to FitWomensWeekly.net and @TrainerKindal on Insta. |
