This month is National Carnivore Month. And while I don't label myself as a carnivore (I hate labels), it only makes sense to share someone else's story that has experimented with this form of eating much longer than me.
Courtney Luna went from private yacht chef where she prepared and cooked everything under the sun to a 100% carnivore diet. How did the change affect her? Is this something she plans to do as a long term lifestyle? And of course... how can some people just take a bite from a stick of butter?
