Motivation may get you started but it's not always going to be there when you want it to help get through a cutting (weight loss/fat loss) or bulking (weight gain/muscle gain) period. Here are my tips to successfully survive and to stay mentally strong and motivated. 

Of course discipline over motivation but that doesn't mean there aren't tips and tricks you can't do to keep motivation high.
